Profile
Sharp-witted and well-versed in all commercial aspects of Dutch law, in the past 40+ years Willem den Hertog has established an excellent track record in providing efficient, flexible and above all practical advice to an international client base, both in advisory and contentious matters.

He has been in Dutch private practice since 1978. After training and working as an associate with Rotterdam firm Dutilh (now Nauta Dutilh) and The Hague patent attorneys of Vereenigde Octrooibureaux, in 1987 he started his own niche practice in The Hague. In 2000 he joined Udink advocaten and after 16 years there he branched out on his own again as denhertog legal.

He can cover the entire range of commercial advice and litigation, from his specialty of Intellectual Property to classic (and modern) corporate work, quickly, intelligently and efficiently providing the client with the business support he needs. Poetry done on request.
